They provide several links to Class Action Litigation legislation for specific provinces. These legal guidelines are called class proceedings for: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Manitoba and New Brunswick. They are referred to as class actions for: Saskatchewan, Newfoundland, Labrador, and Quebec.
