It is also maintained as a free service to assist the public in understanding class action litigation, government, and the legal system. The user should find links to numerous sources of information related to many questions that arise in the context of class action or "representative" litigation. Hopefully, this site will dispel some of the unwarranted myths and criticisms of class action litigation and the legal system.
